FAQ
What does it cost to ship a pound?
$4.35 per pound, always rounded up to the next whole pound. So 4.1 lb
is charged as 5 lb at $21.75. Founders pay $4.25/lb with free door
delivery in any zone.
How long does shipping take?
Roughly 10–14 days from the moment your package lands at our US
warehouse. Cavalier Caribbean runs MIA → PBM twice a week.
What's the difference between ship-only and full service?
Ship-only: you order on your own US card, ship to your AC suite,
and we forward to Suriname — you only pay freight ($4.35/lb).
Full service: we place the order on our card and you pay item +
freight + a small service fee.
Why was I asked to pre-declare my package?
Pre-declaring tells us the merchant, order ID, and weight estimate
so we can match it to your account when it lands. Not required —
but it speeds up intake and avoids unclaimed packages.
Can I pay in cash at pickup?
Yes. PayPal/card online for the deposit and online payments, cash or
local bank card at the hub for the balance. Either way works.
Is door delivery available?
Yes in Groot Paramaribo ($5 for non-members, free for members and
founders). Other zones quoted on request.
