Common questions.

How long does shipping take?

Two consolidations per week from Miami, about a week in transit. Door-to-door in Paramaribo usually lands at 10–14 days from the moment you pay (full-service) or your package reaches our US warehouse (ship-only).

What does it cost?

Freight is $4.35 per pound, always rounded up to the next whole pound (so a 4.1 lb box bills the same as 5 lb). Full-service customers also pay the item price plus a 10% service fee (5% for members, $5 minimum). Door delivery in Groot Paramaribo is $5, free for members. Further out we quote $2 per extra kilometre.

What's the difference between full service and ship-only?

Full service: paste a US product link, we place the order on our card, the merchant ships to our US warehouse, we forward to Suriname. You don't need a US bank or card.

Ship-only: you've already ordered (with your own US card or family member's address) and the package is heading to our US warehouse. We bill freight only.

How do I pay?

Online with PayPal or any major credit/debit card, or cash / bank card at pickup or delivery in Suriname — your choice. You'll get a payment link by email; you can ignore it and pay on handover if you prefer.

Where do I pick up the package?

New Yorkstraat 18, Paramaribo. Pickup is free. Door delivery in Groot Paramaribo (≤10 km) is $5 (free for members). For further distances we contact you with a custom delivery quote.

What can I ship?

Most everyday goods: electronics, clothing, shoes, books, kitchen gear, supplements, beauty, hobby items. We can't ship lithium batteries above the airline limit, perishables, weapons, liquids over 1 L, or anything restricted by Suriname customs. When in doubt email us with the link.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Our partner forwarder insures every parcel for its declared value. If something goes wrong in transit we file the claim and refund or replace once it's settled. Email a photo of the damage within 48 hours of pickup.
